Hey everyone, welcome to Tech After Dark! I'm Rocco, here with Nova, and somebody already took apart Apple's foldable iPhone Duo. It hasn't even shipped yet! Kingmi Mobile got in before Friday's shipping. Peel off the matte film and the screen underneath is glossy. Oh, and the crease? Way more visible. Okay, but inside, there's a battery in each half! And loads of parts swap out on their own, even the mainboard.

Here's the catch, Rocco. A new display costs 999 dollars. The hinge? 1,499 dollars. Ouch. Okay, that's fair. That's Notebookcheck, citing Kingmi Mobile and Ice Universe, with the full post linked. See you next time!
