Fresh off the feeds, welcome to Tech After Dark. I'm Nova, here with Glitch. Huawei just launched the FreeBuds S E 5 Max wireless earbuds. Okay, battery! Notebookcheck says Huawei claims up to 80 hours with the charging case, with noise cancellation off. Or 57 hours with it on. So, the catch is the asterisk. They launched in Japan on November 6th for 8,580 yen, roughly 56 dollars. Glitch, Europe? Germany's got them at 79 euros, but look at this number: a promo price of 49 euros from November 10th to 30th!
My take? L-D A C and multipoint at this price look interesting. Though Notebookcheck says Huawei's claims still need independent verification, so nobody press anything yet. That's Notebookcheck, citing Huawei, and the full post is linked. For Tech After Dark, see you next time.
