Big tablet, brand-new drop! Welcome to Tech After Dark, I'm Rocco, here with Nova, and Black Shark's Pad Air 7 just launched globally with 4G L T E. Notebookcheck spotted it right on Black Shark's global website. So, Rocco, what's the screen like? Oh, it's big. A 12.1-inch display at 2,560 by 1,600 pixels, with a 90 hertz refresh rate. That's how many times a second the screen redraws, so higher means smoother scrolling.

Okay, and the 4G L T E bit? What's that actually get me? Mobile data, so it gets online without Wi-Fi. Inside, there's a MediaTek Helio G200, 8 gigabytes of R A M and 128 gigabytes of storage, and a microSD card stretches that up to 2 terabytes. Plus a 10,000 milliamp hour battery, with 33 watt wired charging. Now, the big one: price. Black Shark hasn't announced it, but French retailer PhoneDroid lists it at 239 euros and 90 cents.

More as it comes in. That's from Notebookcheck, citing Black Shark and PhoneDroid, and the full post is linked. See you next time!
