Hey everyone, welcome to Tech After Dark! I'm Rocco, Cache is here, and ASRock Rack just showed off a motherboard that takes up to 4 terabytes of DDR5! Oh, I want it in my nest. Notebookcheck says it's built for Intel's upcoming Diamond Rapids Xeon chips, and it's got 16 memory slots. And here's the fun part, Rocco. It's a 12 by 13 inch board, so it actually fits some standard P C cases. Wait, seriously?
Okay Cache, what's it cost and when can I grab one? ASRock hasn't announced either one. And Intel says Diamond Rapids should ramp up in 2027, so my call? Wait. Okay, okay, that's fair. Thanks to Notebookcheck and ServeTheHome, the full post is linked, and we'll see you next time!
