Fresh off the feeds, welcome to Tech After Dark, I'm Nova, here with Rocco. Acer just dropped the Shadow Knight G710, a compact gaming tablet, in China. Oh, it's a little screamer! Notebookcheck says it's got an 8.8-inch 3K screen that overclocks to 165 hertz, plus a Dimensity 8300 chip and 5G. And a 6,300 milliamp hour battery. Okay, Rocco, the part you're avoiding. What's it cost? Fine, fine. It's 4,099 yuan with 256 gigabytes of storage, or 4,999 yuan with 512.

No word yet on international pricing. Here's my take: the 5G is the real hook. Notebookcheck points out Lenovo's Legion Tab Gen 5 doesn't have cellular at all. That's from Notebookcheck, full post's linked. More as it comes in. See you next time!
