Hey everyone, it's Tech After Dark. I'm Nova, here with our resident button-presser, Glitch, and Asus just dropped the X G Core Radeon R X 9060 X T L P 16GB. TechPowerUp calls it a compact external graphics box. Okay Nova, what does external graphics actually mean? It's a graphics card in its own little box. You plug it into compatible laptops, gaming handhelds and mini P Cs over USB4, which is just a fast cable connection.

And it's got 16 gigabytes of GDDR6 memory on A M D's rdna 4 architecture. I want it on my handheld. Right now. So for you, a small machine could get real graphics muscle. The catch? No price or release date yet. Let's put the video up on the big screen. That's from TechPowerUp, full post linked, and more as it comes in. See you next time.
