Welcome to Tech After Dark, I'm Nova, and this is the latest from the last few hours. Four stories, and the big one? A phone with a seriously large battery. And I'm Rocco, the raccoon who wants all of it. Oppo just launched the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max phones in India, and the Pro Max gets the full 8,000 milliamp hour battery! GSMArena says the European models got held to 7,150 milliamp hours.

The catch, Rocco, is the price: the Pro Max only comes with 12 gigabytes of R A M and 512 gigabytes of storage, for 200,000 rupees. Okay. Ouch. But look, the regular Find X10 starts at 140,000 rupees, and the Pro Max is out from October 29th. Fair. Trade in an old phone and you get up to 55,950 rupees of credit, plus a gift box with Enco Air5 Pro buds. Oppo also dropped the Pad Mini tablet and Enco X4 buds alongside.

Meanwhile, in laptop land! Lenovo's Snapdragon version of the IdeaPad Vibe 14 is out globally, and Lenovo says it lasts 75 percent longer than its A M D siblings. Notebookcheck spotted it on Lenovo's spec site. Up to 31 hours of local 1080p video at 150 nits, versus up to 17 hours for the two A M D models. Look at that gap on the chart, Nova! Thirty-one hours is a whole weekend. So what's it cost? It's 799 dollars in the U S.

And the twist: the A M D versions get 30 percent bigger batteries later, but Lenovo still rates this one almost 35 percent longer. Fight stick fans, this one's for you. 8BitDo just officially launched the Arcade Controller Pro, with retro looks and modern internals! TechPowerUp says it keeps the existing Arcade Controller's layout, just with smaller buttons and tighter groupings for faster inputs and switching.

No price in their report, though. Smaller buttons, faster combos? I'm in. Video's going up on the big screen. And for home security, Amazon's got five new Blink cameras, from 49.99 dollars to 199.99 dollars. The headliner's the Frontier X R+ trail camera, and it can work up to 7,000 feet from its hub! Notebookcheck says it's 199.99 dollars bundled with the new Sync Module X R+. Only with a clear line of sight, Rocco, that's Amazon's condition.

And Blink's first 4K camera, the Mini 4K+, is 79.99 dollars, but person and vehicle alerts need a subscription. Subscriptions. My old nemesis. Okay, okay, that's fair, and all five are up for preorder in the U S, with shipping expected from October 27th. That's the latest from GSMArena, Notebookcheck and TechPowerUp, and the full posts are linked with this episode. I'm Nova, he's Rocco, see you next time.
